Ms. Hall’s practice is concentrated in the area of general civil litigation. Using a pragmatic approach, she has assisted individuals, businesses, and municipalities in a wide range of litigation and pre-litigation matters, including contract disputes and business torts, employment discrimination and retaliation, trade secret and intellectual property protection, police civil-liability lawsuits, and governmental liability.

As a former business owner, she brings a unique perspective to her law practice with practical insights into screening, interviewing, and hiring job applicants; training and managing employees; and discharging employees. She also has experience in public relations, risk management, creating marketing plans, forming small businesses, and negotiating sales agreements.
