Bob Bailey elected to ADLA board

At their annual meeting on June 20, 2015, the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association (ADLA) elected Lanier Ford attorney Robert N. Bailey to its board of directors.  During the meeting, Mr. Bailey also delivered a presentation entitled "Reality in the Courtroom:  Fact vs. Fiction."

The ADLA facilitates the exchange of information among members about techniques and court rulings involving civil litigation. These exchanges are intended to improve the skills of civil defense lawyers and elevate the standards of trial practice.

Mr. Bailey is a civil defense trial attorney, who represents healthcare providers and nursing homes in medical liability cases. He also defends trucking companies, insurance carriers, insureds, and businesses in injury-related lawsuits. He has litigated matters in Alabama state trial courts and federal trial courts.
