Mr. Robinson specializes in general civil litigation matters with an emphasis on the defense of workers' compensation suits and other claims against employers. He has broad experience in representing liability insurers in the defense of personal injury and property damage claims, residential and commercial real estate and construction disputes, and products liability, as well as direct suits against insurance companies for alleged wrongful denial of claims.

He also represents two automobile dealers and defends various claims and suits arising from their sales and service of automobiles.

Mr. Robinson has also completed training and certification as a mediator and is a member of the State Court Mediator Roster, as approved by the Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution.
