Mr. Wilson's practice is centered on general litigation, with an emphasis on the defense of personal injury claims (automobile and industrial accidents) and products liability (defective foods, faulty construction, and manufacturing equipment). He also practices employment law with an emphasis on wage and hour claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), both advising clients with a goal of avoiding litigation and representing clients in litigation.
